Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to North America and Europe. We are working hard to expand our shipping coverage and hope to offer worldwide shipping in the near future.

Fulfillment Locations

Orders are fulfilled from our warehouses in the United States, France, and Hong Kong.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 5–7 business days from your order date for processing. Your order will be shipped the next business day following processing completion. During peak seasons, holidays, and sale periods, additional processing time may be required.

Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Due to high demand, please allow 2–5 weeks for delivery after your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Order Changes & Cancellations

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not been delivered within 45 days of the shipping date, please contact us and we will issue a full refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
